Product Introduction
The oil-water separator is a cutting fluid oil-water separator that integrates oil removal, impurity removal, and deodorization. Three stage separation, efficient operation of imported skim oil steel strip, visible separation effect, oil-water separation rate up to 98%. The oil-water separator is equipped with a nano aeration sterilization device, which can kill anaerobic bacteria in the cutting fluid and effectively prevent the cutting fluid from smelling and deteriorating. Cutting fluid oil-water separation makes the cutting fluid cleaner and has a longer service life.
working principle
The cutting fluid oil-water separator adopts a physical separation method, and its working principle is based on the density difference between oil and water. This device separates oil droplets from cutting fluid from water through centrifugal force, gravity, filtration, and other methods.
Function:
1. Fast oil-water separation, effectively removing floating oil, mold and particulate matter on the surface of cutting fluid;
2. By using the explosive sterilization device inside the machine, a large number of organic bacteria such as anaerobic bacteria that grow in the mixed liquid can be effectively killed, avoiding the cutting fluid from becoming smelly, extending the service life of the cutting fluid, reducing tool wear, and improving the working environment in the workshop;
